We determine the review is negative by showing the customers a feedback form before asking them for a review. If they choose 3 stars or below - then we show them a private feedback form instead. You can adjust the star filter as well. So for example if you wanted it to filter out 2 stars and below instead or even 4 stars and below - you can do so.
