If it does happen, we will suggest a reply for you - and you will be given 3x the amount of reviews in credits so you can continue to expand your ratings despite the set back.

We usually add content that will include comments about the services receieved (for SEO), how the experience went and some details about employees if appropriate.

Yes, absolutely, it is easy to cancel your subscription. There is a link on the dashboard or a simple email or text to our team will work too. Your subscription will usualy be cancelled at the end of the period and any pending orders will be completed before then.

If you mistakenly forgot to cancel your subscription - please let us know and we will make sure it is cancelled properly and you are refunded for the unused credits.

No we do not need access to your Google account or passwords. Just a link to your Google review page is enough for us to get started.

Rest assured that this has never happened. However, if they do get removed, you will be reimbursed either with a credit for the 1 review or a refund to your payment method (whichever you choose).

We would advise you to wait at least 1-2 months for your rankings to increase in any meaningful way.
